Camp notes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

DROP OFF and PICK UP times are between;
8:30-9:30am and 3:30-4:30pm.

The days consist of fun based football activities. Children would need to bring a packed lunch and snacks, refillable drinks bottle, shin pads, a warm jacket/rain jacket and suitable footwear for inside and outside.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please ensure all belongings are taken from camp when leaving, PJSS and coaches do not have access to venues when camp finishes and do not accept responsibility for lost items.


We do our utmost to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child during camp, however PJSS or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss of items or injury during the class.



PJSS reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.



We are unable to issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances without a 24 hour notice period.



All sessions are subject to a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not met, PJSS Development reserve the right to cancel the session. In such cases, you will be
notified at least 24 hours in advance and will be offered either: a full refund or the option to transfer the booking to
another available session. We appreciate your understanding, as
maintaining appropriate group sizes helps ensure a fun, safe and high-quality experience for all participants.


You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at admin@pjssdevelopment.co.uk.



You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.



Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.



You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.



If there are any sessions cancelled by PJSS due to typical bad weather, PJSS will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.



Please make sure all belongings are taken when leaving camp as PJSS can not be held responsible for lost items.
