Camp notes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

DROP OFF and PICK UP times are between;
8:30-9:30am and 3:30-4:30pm.

The days consist of fun based football activities. Children would need to bring a packed lunch and snacks, refillable drinks bottle, shin pads, a warm jacket/rain jacket and suitable footwear for inside and outside.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Please ensure all belongings are taken from camp when leaving, PJSS and coaches do not have access to venues when camp finishes and do not accept responsibility for lost items.
- We do our utmost to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child during camp, however PJSS or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- PJSS reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at admin@pjssdevelopment.co.uk.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- We are unable to issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances without a 24 hour notice period.
- If there are any sessions cancelled by PJSS due to typical bad weather, PJSS will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
- Please make sure all belongings are taken when leaving camp as PJSS can not be held responsible for lost items.
